Okay, to learn special techniques (Such as Sage Mode) you must ask someone that has it (Me or others) to "train" you. Training will consist of 3 stages.
Stage 1: Testing Stage - Users will test their current abilities against special abilities.
Stage 2: Application Stage - Once per day, you may roll 3 die. Once you get an 18, no more, no less, you must tell a moderator or an administrator. Then, we will add it to your "Special Techniques" section.
Stage 3: Final Battle - Think you're outta the clear, think again. Win the final battle and get the tech.
